The design on this teapot was inspired by the volunteer squash vine that grew around the door to our studio in West Virginia. It’s an echo of the designs found in the margins of medieval Celtic manuscripts and the flowing foliage and curves of earlier La Tene art. It’s also just round and comfortable, safe for the dishwasher and microwave. The glazes are non toxic and it is intended for daily use.
This particular teapot holds 28 ounces (3-1/2 cups) comfortably.
